(Senior) Service Manager (m/w/d)

Vertragsform: unbefristete Vollzeitanstellung direkt bei unserem Auftraggeber

Standort: Darmstadt, München, Berlin, Stuttgart + Home Office

As Senior Service Manager (m/f/d) you will take over

  • Responsibility for the complete control and safeguarding of managed services and their contracts as well as the further development of the long-term contract business
  • Independent, autonomous planning and coordination of all necessary project and service resources in cooperation with deployment management
  • Cost and budget responsibility as well as transparent reporting
  • Scheduling and task planning, risk management
  • Coordination and execution of meeting structures and delivery of all relevant project and operational documentation
  • Lead complex projects or services according to quality, cost and time.
  • Success Management of Back2Green methods
  • Management of complex services adn transitions with application on a high critical level
  • Development of innovation overall solution, e.g. factory services
  • Design of SLAs (Service Level Agreements), OLA (Operational Level Agreement)

Requirements:

  • Successfully completed university degree, preferably with a technical and/or business background, or comparable professional education
  • At least 10 years of professional experience in the organization and execution of large and complex IT projects and services in an international environment, including large
  • transition and/or transformation projects from the planning phase to the operational phase of the contracted solution
  • Takeover of responsibility for business-critical application or application landscapes with a total contract value of > 10 million Euro
  • Expert knowledge or longtime experience with nearshore offshore delivery models
  • Expert knowledge and certification of classic and agile project management methods and IT service management and processes such as Prince2, ITIL (Expert certificate), SCRUM
  • Very good knowledge of project management methodologies and understanding of success factors of overall solutions in IT environment
  • Excellent knowledge of risk, escalation and conflict management
  • Excellent knowledge of IT infrastructure and cloud platforms
  • Very good management, delegation and control skills
  • Business fluent in English and German, written and spoken
  • Willingness to travel internationally and to change project locations, experience abroad is also required
